Good Technical Writing Is Good Customer Service
TechSmith knows that taking good care of their customers means providing user help that’s easy to find and easy to use. There’s no separation between good service and good technical writing.
That’s one of the reasons I’m glad to be a TechSmith customer. They want me to get the most out of their products and they want my experience with their company to be a rewarding one. So they’re willing to disrupt entire sections of their website for the sake of technical documents.
